About Mike.

I’m not a corporate theorist.
I’ve worked alongside founders, senior leadership teams, and managers who care deeply about their people - and feel the weight of responsibility that comes with growth.
Over the years, I noticed something consistent:

It was clarity, mis-alignment and poor relationships.
